by I wrote so much but i clicked on a bad link and it was scary so i had to task manager close browser along with 3 hours of forum writing with it.
This is our guilds ambitious game of thrones style RP. Lore based on GW2 and within our personal universe. So please do read over this and secure your spot in our RP!

RULES:
Use only one character (until that character dies you cannot use another)

SIDE NOTES:
So this is indeed a SERIOUS RP as in no fooling around using out of place words and sentence while RPing. For example "first lemme take a selfie" Also you cannot kill people on a whim MAKE SURE THE OTHER PARTY KNOWS AND IS COMFORTABLE WITH WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO!
GAME MECHANICS:
Large Scale Battles:
Roll a six sided die on discord. (Big armies receive +3, Medium armies receive +2, Small armies receive 0)
-After the battle the losing army receives a -1 penalty and continue accruing a -1 penalty for every loss until they retreat and stay out of combat.
-Casualties are calculated via your previous dice roll. So a roll of 9 vs 1 it is a land slide victory decimating the army of the person who rolled one thus if that person had a big army it would be reduced to a small army. where as 5 vs 5 is a tie no one wins, and 5 vs 4 a victory for the roller of 5 but 4 does not suffer heavy casualties.
Peace/War:
-You NEED a reason to go to war with someone. (It could be many reasons use your RP skills ;D)
-Peace is after a war (not a battle) when it is declared over, the victor will draw up peace treaty and state what needs to be done/given. Time scale of peace is measured in weeks. (There is no refusal but there is unjust demands and that could be a cause for... another war)
Gold:
You gain gold weekly as well either from your provinces or from other people. Money can be used for anything from partying to hiring mercenaries its all up to you! (refer to your map pieces)
Major/Minor Characters:
A minor character is described as someone who is NOT or does NOT know if they will be joining on a weekly basis thus cannot do something major that will need their presence in the future. A major character us the opposite with it being that they know every week they will arrive to the RP. So please do understand with us to avoid awkward scenarios of some people missing and its the people currently at the RP who must deal with this. So again we don't mean to be rude or forceful but its a necessity when it comes to these things.
Roleplaying:
Now this part is all up to you! RP how you want to (abiding to rules) kill your farmers or be a saint. In this universe you are free to do as you wish! There is no story for you to follow you make your own BUT there is a "backbone" to this RP we start off from the initial starting point (refer to the above "times of contempt") but from there you are to do as you wish. There will be "structured stories" as in someone will do something for the reason of furthering the plot and certain elements shall be added. (no spoilers)
